Erie Rocketry Group (ERG) provides rocket enthusiasts a place to come together to talk about, build and fly model and high power rockets.  Our club is open to anyone who agrees to fly following the NAR safety code. We especially encourage families to join.  To make flying affordable flying fees are kept to a minimum.  Dues go toward maintaining the launch equipment and funding club functions.  Come on out and check out what's going on, we're always glad to see a new face!

WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO FIELD FOR THE 2007 SEASON. THE FORMER LOCATION IN SUGAR GROVE, PA IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR OUR USE. THERE IS A BUSINESS MEETING SUNDAY APRIL 1, 2:00 P.M. AT THE BOB EVANS IN JAMESTOWN OFF I-86. MEMEBERS, PLEASE ATTEND IF YOU CAN. ANY AND ALL IDEAS AND SUGGESTIONS WILL BE WELCOMED.

Summary of earlier business meeting: Waiver application can not be sent in until site location is finalized. Tentative schedule was set, but hinges upon finding a flying field. This schedule includes "October Sky in July" as an attempt find fairer weather. Launch fees were reviewed, and a fee schedule will be published before the first launch.

There is no April launch. May hinges upon discussion noted above.
